If I could give a negative I would. While it seems there are great people who work here do not and I mean do not trust this dealership! I came in with a pre-approval asked that my credit app only be sent to are great people who work here do not and I mean do not trust this dealership! I came in with a pre-approval asked that my credit app only be sent to the bank I was Pre-approved through, was told that they had to run through GMC for ID verification, okay no problem. I was then told after all was said and done that the bank I brought my pre-approval with had changed the terms and GM was the best way to go. Got the deal done and moved on... about a month later I get letters in the mail regarding credit apps submitted by Ferman to 4 banks!!! When I call to ask why would they do this I was told it was to get me the best rate possible, when I inquired as to what the rate for my Pre-approved bank was it was slightly higher than what I was quoted but definitely lower than GM moral of the story DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT TRUST FERMAN!!! There are many other trustworthy smaller dealerships. Rivard GMC is one. The only reason I went to Ferman was they had the color I wanted. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER TRUST FERMAN DEALERSHIPS!!! More
