I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 custom less than a month ago. The truck is now at the dealership in the service dept with some sort of engine issue. I have already invested funds into the truck and the sales manger Brian at the dealership only offered to trade the truck and charge me full price for the same one meaning I would completely lose out on the thousands that I put down at the original sale. He offered no other options to accommodate for selling me a brand new truck that broke down with engine issues within 1 month. More

Sales person was great til the car was sold after that no follow through, he was supposed to see if the previous owner had a second key. They did help me get closer to my budget.
