Everything on the dealership level went well. They had a good selection of vehicles and the buying process was fairly swift. Would be nice to have a more clear determination of when the step bars which were sold with my vehicle would arrive, but I understand that supply chains everywhere are disrupted. I do however believe that a salesperson should know basic features of a car they are selling - especially if it comes with a $66,000 price tag. For example - do the mirrors fold in when the vehicle is in park (salesperson response - unsure), how does the rear seat entertainment system work (Response - I think you just plug in a regular USB cord. There is no regular USB plug -only a micro USB or HDMI port), is the tailgate hands free (response - I think so but they could not demonstrate), does the Tahoe offer a supplemental fuel tank (response - not sure), can you add the blind spot detection mirrors as an extra (response - not sure but I don’t think so). Ultimately I am very happy with my vehicle purchase and am enjoying it immensely. I hope to learn about all the wonderful features it has and am looking forward to the many road trips my family and I will enjoy in the Tahoe. More
