I had an appointment for an oil change and waited in my vehicle for 20 minutes to get written up for my service. And then it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. I didn’t see my service advisor from the ti vehicle for 20 minutes to get written up for my service. And then it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Then I started receiving emails telling me about the service I refused to get done when I was there... um, no one said anything to me about the service that I "refused". More
