Go somewhere else! Horrible customer service and poor workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I waited thinking it wouldn't take long since I had a workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I was told Rick was supposed to have come to talk to me about it. He never did. They tried to call him but if course he was at lunch and no one could reach him. I finally get my car back at 1:30. Sunday - My husband says it looks like my car is leaving oil due to what liked like oil in the driveway. Monday - We do my car off at our mechanic thinking they just didn't tighten something. I get a call saying the oil cap was never put back on and there is oil all over the engine. It was not drivable. Ferman had to tow my car from the mechanic back to the dealership. Tuesday- They still have my car and after calling and leaving messages, no one has called us back. If I could give 0 stars I would More
