Hello its me again. Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now. The only reason I selected 2stars is because the sales representative and the new vehicle was the best. The sales rep listened and worked with us. What went extremely down hill was their finance rep. He d representative and the new vehicle was the best. The sales rep listened and worked with us. What went extremely down hill was their finance rep. He did not listen to anything we said and did the complete opposite of what he said he was going to do while making us believe he did what was asked. We came prequalified for a loan if I needed to us it. We gave him the information and asked not to run credit because we are trying to get a home. He said he wouldn’t have to because of the prequalification. When it can to paper signing he said he did everything we asked. He straight up lied. He ran my credit so hard and later after getting home found out it was a complete different company for lien holder. Very disappointed and he should go. He has no respect for the customer. More
