Both Kim Moses and Rebecca Wilson made it an awesome experience at Ferman of Tampa. They got me exactly the truck I wanted, with the right options. This was accomplished even in the environment where there is no inventory to pick from. They were super professional, walked me through the process, kept me updated the entire time from manufacture of the truck to delivery and it was actually fun. Totally recommend Ferman of Tampa specifically Rebecca. She took the time to ensure that I got what I wanted and did not pressure at all. They were even super fair on the trade in process. GREAT JOB!!! Highly recommend. More
