Ordered a Tonneau cover for my Truck. They told me 2-3 weeks. Finally at 5 weeks it came in. I made an appointment to get it installed at 1:45. They told me 2 hours to install. I waited in the waiting room since I had no ride home and I live too far the shuttle. After 2 hours they come and tell me it’s a 4 hour job and they can’t do it. I can either cleave my truck overnight (wasn’t an option unfortunately) or come back at 8am tomorrow for them to do it. So, I will spend more than 6 hours in their waiting room for them to install the cover. I guess I need to find a new dealership for service. They didn’t touch my truck for 2 hours and I had an appointment. I guess my time doesn’t matter. More

I went to three dealerships today and was not approached by a single person asking if I needed any help. I decided to go to Ferman Chevrolet because it's where I had bought my previous vehicle and I had had by a single person asking if I needed any help. I decided to go to Ferman Chevrolet because it's where I had bought my previous vehicle and I had had a great experience. I pulled in to the parking lot and Nelly was at my window asking what he could help me with before I could even park my car. We sat at a desk and discussed the features I wanted for a few minutes and then hit the lot to look at some vehicles. We wandered around for a little bit looking at the different options that were in my desired price range and decided to take a couple out for test drives. Nelly was super friendly and a pleasure to talk to while we were driving and while we were stuck in the car for about twenty minutes during the typical afternoon Florida monsoon. He even interacted with my kids when they started to get a little antsy and made them feel like a part of the buying experience. Pete helped in the finance department and he definitely put in some extra work to make sure I left happy and at the price I wanted to pay. He didn't care that it was already after close; he made sure I got the best possible loan option. I had yet another wonderful experience at Ferman Chevrolet today and it's safe to say, I'll skip all of the other dealerships and head straight to see Nelly when it's time for another car.
