Made an appointment for service with Bryan Anderson and found he was the rudest person. I was a few minutes early and had no problem waiting and he made a really big deal about he was still "at lunch". I'm found he was the rudest person. I don’t particularly appreciate when dealerships lie to you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I w you to make a sale. I was going through Bankruptcy and got this letter in the mail from this dealership saying that I could help, and I told them I wanted to place a custom order for a specific model, and they told me to do that. I also mentioned to them that such a vehicle was needed within a particular time frame, and they said no problem, it would be done; boy, am I naïve to believe that I asked this gentleman for the order number and he just gave the run around at this point I emailed and to told him to scrap the idea and we are taking our business elsewhere. We had visited the other Ferman Chevy location and had a HORRIBLE experience. I called this location and spoke with Ken who was very fast in having Laz, the salesman, call me back and within 2 hours we were HORRIBLE experience. I bought a car from Ferman and it has been a joke! I left the dealership with the fill window washer light on, I then looked down at the gas tank to see they have left me 1/4 tank of gas. Within 500 miles the car needed an oil change, the tires were deflated, and a 14 INCH piece of the sunroof fell in my lap. I made an appointment with Lexas of Clearwater they replaced the widow wipers and found out that there is a recall on the car! They have ordered the parts and will call back when they arrive. What makes this experience really special is I have called the dealership twice and no one returned my call. I have owned this car for 4 WEEKS, I cannot wait to see what else is wrong! Looked at getting into a 2020 Camaro LT1. Ran through financing with an 824 credit score on a Saturday. By Sunday they raised the price by $2k and the APR through GM financial was 7.9% somehow?!?! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY! ! SHADY SALES AND MANAGEMENT!! I emailed about a car I was interested in. The car listing had back up camera under specs. When I went to check out and ! When I went to check out and test drive the car, it did not have the back up camera option. On the website, they had it listed with a back up camera. I called them before to double check the car they said yes. #1 False advertising. I told them it was a deal breaker because of where I work in the parking garage. Backing in and out is dangerous. This dealership said they would install the back up camera if I bought the car and close the deal. Sounds good right? SCAM! They said it would only cost about $300. NO ONE EVER CALLED. The car was not even detailed or washed inside. It was a smokers car. Cigarette ashes in every crack in the dashboard hard to clean and get out. You pay for a car from the dealership, the least they can do is wash the car. Now I will have to pay $150 to have the car detailed at another shop. I called the sales guy several times to have the shop call me for camera options. After that, the dealership said they would cut me a check to have the back up camera installed on my own. It has been weeks and I still have not received the check. Complete ripoff. I keep calling, emailing, and messaging them. I get the run around. It feels like a full time job. When they want their money, they call you 5 times a day. When they promise something for you, they hide. So after purchasing the car, I have to spend more money when I could have gotten a better deal with the feature at a different dealership. After shopping around will cost $600+. I had an appointment to a car audio shop to have the camera installed Saturday but had to cancel it. BE AWARE AND GOTO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! LIES AND SCAM ARTIST PROFESSIONALS! More
