We live in MA and purchased a used car from Ivan and Ferman. Most of the transaction happened over the phone. This is always a questionable situation. Ivan was extremely responsive and helpful, the dealership worked closely with our insurance agent, and when we arrived everything was exactly as they said it would be. Actually they went beyond- they filled the tank with gas for us. What dealership does that? We came away feeling that they are 100% trustworthy, and also more interested in long-term relationships and being of service to their customers, rather than trying to wring every last dollar out of the current sale. How refreshing! I could not recommend Ivan and Ferman more highly. More
