Overheated engine after service I went to this dealer to get my oil change and to check an engine light that was on. They plugged it into their computer and found out it was the ther I went to this dealer to get my oil change and to check an engine light that was on. They plugged it into their computer and found out it was the thermostat. They asked me if I wanted the coolant to be flushed. I don't know anything about this, so I said no thanks, I think this was done recently by my mechanic. I don’t know this is important when you change a thermostat. If you are a service rep, then you must know that when you change the thermostat, a lot of coolant is lost (I found this all out later today). Therefore, you have to have it flushed and replaced no matter what. After getting ripped off with $320 for just a $40 oil change and $20 thermostat part (the rest $$ of course is labor, shop fees and who know what else), I drove off with a wet car (I asked for a courtesy wash, and they returned it to me all wet. They said, they don't dry it! One hour later, my car which has never ever overheated, starting to overheat. I called the dealer, but it was closed. BTW, I was reminded at least 3 times when I was there that they close at 4pm. I phoned my brother and he told me to go home, wait until the car cools down to check the coolant. Surprise! the coolant was all the way to the bottom of the container, way below the minimum line. I had to buy a coolant and used half of the bottle to restore it to its level. Tomorrow, I will have to do it again, and the day after too. I have no tolerance for this kind of businesses. What should I expect from a $320 work? A job well done, a good advisor, a good service. Please please don’t take your car to this dealer. They don’t really have the professionals to back it up. More

Really Great experience I have been looking at different vehicles over the past 2 weeks trying to find specific features my wife requested, mainly safety and comfort with thi I have been looking at different vehicles over the past 2 weeks trying to find specific features my wife requested, mainly safety and comfort with third row seating. The Chevrolet Traverse 2019 was the front runner thus far. After spending some time at Ferman's huge selection of cars I was disappointed and was going to leave and buy the Chevy. After some research of vehicles in inventory Ron found a Red 2019 Buick Enclave Essence. We took a test drive and I was very Impressed with the ride and comfort of this car. We ran the numbers and I said I will be back with my wife tomorrow for her final decision plus she needed to also drive the Buick as well. On our return we drove the Enclave and she had a very big smile on her face. With the assistance of Ron and Rick this was one of the most stress less experiences we have ever had buying a new car. I have dealt with Sales, Finance, management, accounting, Service teams and their call center. Over the years I am so very impressed with their service teams. Ty and Mike have been so great and helpful as well as the person who does the intake when you drive your car to service. All so very professional. All are excellent and have a personal and empathetic mindset to make sure you are cared for every step of the way no matter what you came there for. I had a recent experience with Rick Blankenship who helped me to buy my leased car and then about 5 days later helped me to lease another car after an accident. His expertise and guidance showed me the facts and figures so that I could choose what was best for me. He treated me with respect and empathy after my accident so that I could move forward. I leased a 2019 GMC Terrain that had many safety and high tech standards that I feel much more safe driving. Rick Blankenship has an expertise in his understanding of the whole aspect of buying or leasing a car. He understands his customers needs so they can make a decision based on facts and figures. The man in finance named Raphael was also very knowledgeable and an expert in finance and making his customers feel at ease. I felt well taken care of and understood what I was signing.
