Horrible experience I saw an add for a deep sky blue metalic Buick Cascada for $32,160 and made an appointment. When I spoke to the sales representative I asked if it was a demo model as it had 59 or 57 miles on it - reply was yes. Made and appoint ment for 2:00 on Sunday. Was a bit late because we got lost, but called to let them know. Arrived at the dealership and was greated by a very new sales representative who said he would call Rick since that is who we had the appointment with. While waiting for quite some time for Rick to arrive Tony went out to look at the car, which was sitting in the front lot. He came back in and told me the car had a sold sign on it. When Rick arrived I told him the car had a sold sign on it and asked why he did not call me to cancel the appointment. He said he should have called. I then asked him if he could match the price - he said with incentives he could. They left us in the lobby for a very long time (at least 20 minutes) while they went and spoke with the sales manager. Every sales person that came out of the area was asked if I could test drive one. I never got to test drive a car during that visit. The sales representative finally came out and once again I said "I want to test drive one." He looked back at the sales manager and said "he wants to talk to you first." We went back and he was playing the 5 cup guessing trick - offered to buy my car (2010 Mazda 3 with 66,000 miles) for $1,000.00 and then sell it back to me. Ok - title transfer, tax, etc. and not guarantee that I will get the car back - which is going to my grandaughter since she is about to start college. End results is they wanted to sell it for the employee discount of $34,000+ and wouldn't even talk to me about my company discount. This was a true example of "bait and switch." So after a test drive at another dealer and seaking pricing from a few it seems Ferman is not giving their employees the best price at all. I have never been treated so badly by a dealership and can't believe they treat customers/employees that way. More

I am a Buick person having had several including three or four classics so Buick is the name of the game. Ron greeted us as if we'd known each other for years and as we spoke it was easy to communicate with him our Needs & Wants. When it came time on Monday to purchase the vehicle Ron had to step out for a short time to take care of Family Matters but left us in the capable hands of Tony. Although it took a period of time to complete the lease it was taken care of in a professional manner and is expedient as possible. I can't say enough for Ron and Tony as they are the face of the dealership that you see when you come to the dealership. I will recommend Ferman Buick to all of my friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
