Finally settled on a 2017 Yukon and Ron was extraordinary....he stayed really late that day setting up all the options in my new car and walking me thru the entire vehicle showing me how to use each feature. I genuinely appreciated his patience, knowledge and perseverance. A.J. was great to work with also, lots of paperwork with extended warranties, etc., but he explained the whole process thoroughly. This was my first experience with Ferman, and overall, the experience was exceptional....phenomenal customer service. I'm still getting used to all the features but I love my new Yukon and love the whole Ferman experience. What a great organization. More

Price and Sales great, had to wait 3hours to finance vehicle The experience on-line was straight forward and the price on my Terrain was great. I pre-filled the finance application, faxed over driver's license The experience on-line was straight forward and the price on my Terrain was great. I pre-filled the finance application, faxed over driver's license and registration information a day in advance; our credit scores low to mid 800s. Drove 70 miles to buy the SUV. We signed the deal 1 minute after the test drive. Then had to wait over almost 3 hours for the finance person to see us. (Saturday 2 pm). ~~Everyone is nice to work and have no issues with the sales or finance people. ~~ If I was more local, I would have left, because I am not that patient to sit in a lobby for hours to buy something. More
