Excellent customer service and honest! After having a few bad experiences at other dealerships. We decided to look at a car I found online at Ferman Buick GMC in Lutz. It was a little out o After having a few bad experiences at other dealerships. We decided to look at a car I found online at Ferman Buick GMC in Lutz. It was a little out of our way, but it was well worth the drive! Tony Parrado was the salesperson that helped us and he was wonderful! He was very honest and taught us a lot about the vehicle before we even decided to buy it. During our experience we also met Luke, the General Sales Manager. He was very nice and explained some questions we had. The vehicle was priced at a fair price and better than any price that we found online. After we purchased the car, Tony took the time to help us set up On Star, program my garage door opener, and showed me how to link my phone to the car. He also, walked us through how everything on the car worked! I could not have asked for better people to work with! Thank you Tony and Luke! More

Worst Experience Ever They confirmed my appointment and the vehicle I was coming to see that morning. When I arrived after driving almost an hour they had sold the vehicle They confirmed my appointment and the vehicle I was coming to see that morning. When I arrived after driving almost an hour they had sold the vehicle and were extremely rude to me. They did not offer any type of help after this. I left and went to another dealership with much better service only a short drive away. If I was able to give them a negative star rating I would have. More
