They had me drive 3hrs for nothing! I was intersted in a used car thay had on the lot. I contacted the company via email. We conversed for a few days and came up with an OTD price for th I was intersted in a used car thay had on the lot. I contacted the company via email. We conversed for a few days and came up with an OTD price for the vehicle. I recieved a verification number with a "Fast Pass" and a appointment time. I drove 3hrs from my home town to meet with one of the sales reps. When I arrived he told that the vehicle was already taken to an auction in the morning. They offered to get the vehicle for me until they realized my negotiated price via the internet. They started asking me for proof so I showed them the multiple Emails. They then told me that they arent going to pick the car up and that they will not honor the price negotiated. At that point I was very frustrated! They then started coming up excuses for why I need to pay more money. I told them, A deal is a deal! I finally gave up and decided to leave. Before i could walk away the manager told me to go to the auction site by myself (1 hr away) look at the car and If I like it I could buy it. I called the the auction dealer and asked if i could do that. they told me I cannot enter without a dealership rep. So at that point I gave up and drove 3 hrs back home. So, all said and done this dealership wasted a whole day of my time, tried to re-negotiate a deal with a verification number, was very rude to me and finally tried to sent me on a 1hr wild goose chase to top it off! Beware of this company, do not let them waste your time as they did with mine! More

Little problem The tech that did my service put the oil filter in wrong and my truck leaked oil all over my driveway. GMC towed the truck to the dealership and they fixed it the next day. Ferman gave me a loaner car and washed and gassed up the truck for the inconvenience. Now I just need to get the oil out of my concrete driveway. More

Matt the service manager gave me an appointment time that was convenient for me and assured me that the parts for the recall would be there for installation on my appointment date. Prior to the service date Matt informed me that the parts were at the dealership and they would be ready to service my cars needs. If I had any questions to feel free to contact him. He made me feel very comfortable. More

Happy Customer My family has lived in the area less than a year. We've been taking our vehicles to a dealership that's closer to our house. Ferman was on time, everyone was VERY friendly, I was kept up to date on what was going on (Matt Keith), AND they offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum!!!!! NOBODY does that anymore!!! I'm all about saving time, so if I'm willing to drive 25 minutes to Ferman, instead I'd 7 to the dealer I've been going to, that says A LOT!!! More
