Service at Buick GMC Gets To Grade I had a service appointment for my 2016 Enclave and most of my long term relationships are no longer there. I have been going to Ferman for 18 years I had a service appointment for my 2016 Enclave and most of my long term relationships are no longer there. I have been going to Ferman for 18 years and have bought many cars from them and have 3 at this time. Since my relationships with the dealership are all gone my service levels are not the same. I do have some issues with sales as I was trying to get another car there, but they are truly trying to resolve those issues. The service I received from Ty Robinson was professional and first class. Ty even set up a meeting for me with the GM and I greatly appreciated that gesture and the way I was treated at the meeting. More

We went to several dealerships, and although they all meant well, very few dealership sales people knew anything about towing, or tow vehicles. When we got to Ferman GMC Rick and Tony were not only knowledgeable in trucking, but also certified in truck tow vehicles. They explained about the engine, transmission, and most of all the rear end being the important components in configuring a towing truck. They found us a great truck with the equipment we wanted and we are happy. Thanks! More
