Love Ferman Enclave now out of warranty and my husband is comfortable taking it to his local (very good) mechanic, but I had a Ferman coupon for oil change and I Enclave now out of warranty and my husband is comfortable taking it to his local (very good) mechanic, but I had a Ferman coupon for oil change and I always like the the complementary car wash, so I overrode the husband recommendation and took the car to Ferman Buick. Ty Robinson was efficient and caring--explaining that they had a better offer which included tire rotation. In the end, I got synthetic oil, a thorough check of everything, tire rotation, vacuuming, car wash and a $7 discount, plus great coffee and two donut holes! Quiet, cool waiting room, too. Local (good) mechanic may have been a few dollars cheaper, but I'll drive to Lutz every time. Thanks, Ty! More

But let me warn you, even if they don't have the exact car you want; you guessed it, they can get it for you!!! Then they'll give you a fair price, whether you want to lease or purchase. The showroom is clean and well attended. I will admit, it's not like some other showrooms, not to mention any names, which seem more like a Stepford Community, where they give you fruit infused ice water and warm cookies. But then again, who wants to spend their days in a car dealership? Also worth mentioning, who wants to negotiate their deal after they're on a cookie sugar high, for a car with an inflated price? You may never really know what you got until it's too late....can you spell Stepford.... More
