They both stayed after hours before their day off(July 4th) in order to close the deal & get our new truck home! Love it! AJ has helped us before when we bought a new Yukon a couple of years ago & was excellent then. We had a different salesman then but he was good too. Steven in the service department is also excellent & I feel very confident that everything is being taken care of. He is also very good at explaining things for me as well. I appreciate it! More

Not good customer service I had an appt for 8 am on 6/28/18. I dropped it off at 7:45. Waited 3 ½ hours and the service writer knew I was waiting for vehicle. Simple oil check I had an appt for 8 am on 6/28/18. I dropped it off at 7:45. Waited 3 ½ hours and the service writer knew I was waiting for vehicle. Simple oil check due to possible leak. Was told theboils change was done and that they were looking into my noise complaint. Mind you I walked around and saw where my truck was parked at. It was in the same spot as when they first took it. Left with a car rental they supplied. I returned after 4 hours and truck was in same location as when the my parked it in the morning. I use my truck everyday. I cannot use a rental car. I’m most comfortable in my truck. Hence why I purchased it. I proceeded to ask service writer what was done to the truck. His exact words were I’m not sure since he couldn’t find the tech. Mind you in the morning after 3 ½ hours he had checked computer and said oil change was done. Amaziny just lies right in front of you. Then he said that I was in a rush. And he proceeded to tell me I had an attitude. I told him imagine my truck parked in same location for over 7 hours and he tells me they changed the oil. Which they didn’t. Since I took it to Dick Norris and they said oil was not changed as there was no leak. Just oil residue left from the pile change performed by them 2 months earlier and they profusely apologized that there tech did not clean the residue off properly. When I told them the issue I was having and that their dealership is a ways from me since I used to get my truck serviced there because I was in that area for a while on a project they fit me right in. “Exact words”. “ Bring it what we time you get here I’ll get your concerns resolved” Brought vehicle in at aroeubs 10 am. Was out by 11:30am and noise issue on front end resleoved as well. Amazing that I will travel 30 miles away to get my truck serviced from now on va 1 mile up the road that Ferman is located. More
Easy dealership experience I purchased a 2016 Colorado LT a few weeks ago. The transaction was easy and timely. I was flying into the dealership and was offered a ride from the I purchased a 2016 Colorado LT a few weeks ago. The transaction was easy and timely. I was flying into the dealership and was offered a ride from the airport to the dealership. I also asked that the vehicle be sequestered while I traveled and this wasn’t a problem once I demonstrated that I had secured a ticket to Tampa. Upon arrival the vehicle was as stated, clean and actually was filled with a full tank of fuel. The salesmen Ken was easy and kind to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided me with everything he had access to to aid me in making my decision about the truck. During the test drive I asked to see city/highway and a parking lot to test reverse. Not only were my requests acomadated but we were not rushed or limited in the test drive. Other dealers had required me to stay in a neighborhood or wouldn’t let me back the vehicle up. This experience with Ken was shocking because he was the first salesmen that acted like he wanted to sell the vehicle and allowed me to see if I was happy with it. Upon arrival I stated my budget and what I had to put down. I was financed within my budget and left the dealership with the truck which was freshly washed and detailed while I did paperwork. Overall my experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend both Ferman and Ken. More
