The saleman came out in a timely fashion and I specifically told him just that. He said OK and started showing me the Terrains and Acadias. When some time went into this I reminded him that I wanted to go to Parks Ford and at least look at the Ford Edge. We continued on looking and driving an Acadia. When we got back from test ride I reminded him again I wanted to go look at the Edge. Again, in the showroom we went. Long story short, I was never given the simple respect I asked for in the very beginning and never got to go see the Edges. I settled on an Acadia which is a very nice car and I'm happy with it but I wanted to at least go look at the Edge. Other that that, everything else very well. More

This last visit was way below their usual standards. We went to have them remove a nail from our tire, change oil and rotate tires. After waiting in the waiting room five hours. Our tires were obviously not rotated and when we brought it up to the service technician staff. They were resistant and argumentative. This is not what we are use to dealing with. Fortunately, the service manager was alerted and he obviously knows the customer should be his primary focus. He immediately told the technician to rotate the tires. Leaves me to wonder to how many customers they been dishonest to. Telling customers they have performed a service and have not actually done it. In this occasion and the past, damage has been done to the bottom of the vehicle lifting up the vehicle for service. Fortunately, they did replace the damage part on our last visit. Frustrating that we noticed they damaged it again. We have also had to deal with a slow oil leak that it took the service technician several visits to finally find. Not all has been bad, the actual service advisors all have been very professional, accommodating and informative, but overall we are less than satisfied with the service technicians. I hope that it does improve and we don’t have to go somewhere else for service to our vehicle. More

He was very informative and knowledgeable about the Buick Encore, this gave me confidence I was speaking with the right dealership for my upcoming purchase. Once I arrived Barry Brooks and Mike Gledhill greeted me and had the exact model I was interested in ready for a test drive. The teams professionalism, product knowledge and genuine concern to meet my needs and wants in a vehicle was superb. They listened to what I wanted and explained all the features and add-ons I wanted, at an amazing deal. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful. I came back a few days later to purchase the Encore, the safety ratings and value for the luxury built in every Buick was worth the effort in researching the subcompact SUVs in the market. Mike G. was able to get the exact color and features I wanted and had my new Encore ready when I came back to finalize my purchase. Buick's incentives and Ferman's dealership offers beat all other competitors. I then worked with AJ Leppla in finance who secured an interest rate lower than the going market rates because of the great relationship they have with so many lenders, this speaks volumes to me and showcases how Ferman's Dealership and their team built their reputation as an outstanding company. I love my new Encore Sport Touring, I felt so secure with driving in the torrential downpour of rain the other day when I could barely see I still felt safe and it proved to be worth the investment. On behalf of myself and family I want to thank Mike, Tony, Barry, and AJ for your outstanding customer service and being fully attentive through out the whole process. Used car purchase Sales department was excellent. Problem was with finance. Kept me waiting for 1 hour. Wrote finance contact at 6%. Found out later that day that there is a Certified Sales Event going on with 1.9% financing for qualified buyers. I know I'm very qualified. When I try to get explanation they don't return my calls.
