Not happy Purchased a GMC Sierra on June 9th. Here are the issues I had with this dealership: first, low balling on my trade in to the tune of over 3500 dollars Purchased a GMC Sierra on June 9th. Here are the issues I had with this dealership: first, low balling on my trade in to the tune of over 3500 dollars and then giving me what I wanted after walking out twice at 7k. Second, had a preapproval on my phone from the credit union but still decided to run my credit multiple times through different companies to so called “shop for rates” which I already had a great with the credit union.third, charged me double the average price of the gap insurance.Once I request a refund was met with an attitude from the finance manager who finally gave my paperwork to refund the amount but 2 and a half months later I’m still waiting on my refund and have sent multiple emails to no avail. Very frustrated with this dealership! More

Service I had a regular oil change and I felt an issue with the gears in my GMC Terrain.
