The people at Ferman are amazing. Each time I have gone in they are courteous, understanding and very helpful which made me more comfortable. My salesman was Anas and he was amazing working diligently to m in they are courteous, understanding and very helpful which made me more comfortable. My salesman was Anas and he was amazing working diligently to make sure I was happy and understanding my situation and needs, explaining every process. He made the process so completely comfortable where my nerves calmed down almost immediately. And my finance officer was Lorenzo, he did my other purchase and was amazing, but this time he outdid himself with his professionalism and knowledge of all aspects. He made the deal I needed at under the payments we talked about. Everyone that I have dealt with even service have been great and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else More

In their defense they did have a disclaimer that you had to go through two different fine print links to find this out. Even the salesman had trouble finding the place where it says it is a thousand dollars more. This is unethical and dishonorable. The price should be clear and honored. Not have a cheaper price then change it to a more expensive one when it's time to sign. More

Dear Mr. Luke Miller, I am submitting a formal complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory customer service we received from our sales person, Miguel Alavrez. On 1/8/21, we purchased a 2016 Buick Cascada, stock number K4359, which was a certified pre-owned vehicle. Upon delivery of the vehicle the next day, due to your repair needs to meet the 172 point inspection requirements. We were informed by Miguel that the interior rocker panel area, on both sides of the door jams, needed to be scheduled for painting, it wasn't able to be completed before delivery 1/9/21. The repair expectation was clearly discussed and guaranteed to be handled per our purchase agreement stated in the "We Owe" completed by Miguel. So the repair journey began. We waited two weeks, heard nothing. We called Miguel the third week, he assured us someone would be calling us that day to schedule the repair. We patiently waited the fourth week, still nothing. We have texted him at least 10 times, very little response or weak excuses. We still continue to patiently wait, now approaching SEVEN weeks since the purchase. We have never received any communication from your dealership regarding this repair. Our sales person continues to pass the buck with no regard for following through and standing behind the terms of the sale. I understand I am entitled to expect the things I buy are of acceptable quality. I am sure you will agree that in view of the above problems the customer service was not of a reasonable standard. I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales and request from you to have the windows tinted as an offering of good faith. We expect these repairs of the vehicle will be provided at no cost. We expect the vehicle to be picked up from our residence, and a loaner vehicle provided at no charge. If repairs and compensation can be completed quickly and effectively, I will consider the matter settled. If not, I will not hesitate in the next steps of the grievance process. First would be a call directly to Mr. Jim Ferman Jr. followed immediately by a call to the regional manufacturer representative directly regarding the quality of customer service from your dealership then followed by a website posting regarding the entire experience with Ferman Buick. Please telephone my wife Tammie to arrange for the repair to be carried out. Ferman the worst dealer experience with service EVER After having the BEST buying experience MIKE the salesman retired but he was great then service was horrible from the advisor refusing to help me to t After having the BEST buying experience MIKE the salesman retired but he was great then service was horrible from the advisor refusing to help me to the fact they do not even torque the wheels last time the GREEN team punched the NEW cabin filter and said its dirty ,DUH its grey because it has charcoal in it so I asked why they even did that and the tech said lets get this PIECE OF CRAP OUT OF HERE i drove to lakeland and heard a noise the tick only put 1 of 5 or 6 screws back to the air box causing the wiper motor to jam ,the wheel lugs were torqued around 90 to 120 foot pounds I carry a snap on torque wrench they replaced a tire and left it under inflated 5 pounds they are HORRIBLE never stock parts AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT for your safety and vehicle well being the sales experience was GREAT service sucks NEVER AGAIN. I still have 3 Lesabre from 2000 2004 and a 03 total of 500,000 miles and the 03 has 53000 my enclave was sabatoged by the GREEN TEAM green means steal the money from unsuspecting customers , they did refund mt money and send a nice kid to lakeland to replace the missing screws ,but one jammed the wiper motor in a rainstorm and still haveNOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THE WIPER only after 4 days waiting for a call from the manager after he asked me to take down the TRUE FACEBOOK STORY diid , I followed up with the fact they refunded the money but NOTHING FOR THE WIPER NOTHING he send a check for the couple Hundred dollars once when I asked for the brake special the advisor said YOU DO NOT NEED BRAKE PADS at 40 thousand I almost had to beg for the special , the good mechanics had to take the door apart 2 times because they do not stock parts and blame GM what crap BEWARE More
