Brought the car for check engine light which was emissions related while the car is still under emissions warranty! I also asked if there is any recalls that needed to be done. They Completely ignor emissions related while the car is still under emissions warranty! I also asked if there is any recalls that needed to be done. They Completely ignored the issue that I came for and just turned off the check engine light and finished the recall! He trying to tell me that I need to do something else before fixing emissions issue that is under warranty which is completely nonsense! He was very rude and was putting me on spot in front of other customers and Ferman employees something like testing my automotive knowledge! Worst experience in my life! I have complained to BMW USA headquarters about him that same day by calling them and filling a complaint. Never heard from anyone since then. Sure enough very next day check engine light came back. He lied to me that he ordered parts for recall and particle filter sensors 5 days prior to me picking up the car! So when I picked up the car he had the paperwork already prepared saying how I declined additional work which was never communicated with me! Bad business, very bad. I would not even let him work for KIA dealership not to mention BMW! He needs to get his attitude corrected because it will cost you customers in the future. More
