Efficient Dropped off car, received a loner (no charge), and was notified once car was ready. Excellent attention Had tire trouble so I called and right away was given an appointment. Car receipt was excellent--those kids outside are so nice and effective. A suggestion: Improve out-going car paperwork process because my car was out front for more than 15 minutes ready to go but was withheld allegedly due to the paperwork. More

The Paintless Dent Removal guy worked miracles! I bought the ding & scratch removal option with my new 535I, and boy, I'm glad I did.
