Great service while on the road! We visit Clearwater from Philadelphia every spring to see our Phillies and spring training baseball. This year the Conditon Based Maintenace system o We visit Clearwater from Philadelphia every spring to see our Phillies and spring training baseball. This year the Conditon Based Maintenace system on our X1 called for regular service just as we arrived. The Service Department at Ferman BMW made a spot for us and set us up with James. Our X1 was taken care of and it was reassuring to know everything was inspected for the long drive back to Philly. Fermans is on our contact list for any future needs while at Spring Training in the future! More

A Truly Exemplary Experience! I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW I was welcomed as a Family member. No appointment No problem. There is a nail in the right front tire. I was advised very professionally that our BMW is also due for scheduled services that are covered by warranty. The tire is not overpriced, so I decided to replace both front tires. At 37,000 miles rhey are borh almost due for replacement. Thank you to the entire Ferman BMW team! More
