But it is the quality of German engineering that keeps me disappointed at times. Too many repairs for a brand new car with low mileage. I take good care of it, keep it maintained on time, but it the car gives me problems now with the engine. It shouldn’t happen to a BMW with 65k miles with one owner. More

My issues returned days after they were "fixed" Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to be remedied, they returned within a week. Not sure why they failed to be fixed, but I had to return again to another dealership location to have my car issues resolved. More
