Ferman BMW - Service Center

Typical dealership bs I brought my mini in for two simple fixes. First the passenger side door lock knob came off when unlocking door. This was the second time I brought my I brought my mini in for two simple fixes. First the passenger side door lock knob came off when unlocking door. This was the second time I brought my car by to have this fixed. Second time I unlocked my car the knob came off again. Second item was the low tire pressure indicator was displaying. I stopped by the dealership because my tires had been inflated with nitrogen and past dealer would refill them to proper level for free. When I asked the service writer if they would inflate my tires with nitrogen, she told me that they don't have nitrogen and then tried to tell me that it wasn't as good for the tires as regular air. I explained that nitrogen was better because it didn't contain water and would usually hold a consistent pressure longer. She then stated that their tires were "special," whatever that’s supposed to mean. My next visit was for an oil change and normal inspection. There was not charge for the oil change as it was under warranty but the service manager indicated that my tires were showing the wear bar and they recommended new tires for $1,229 plus alignment. I had the tires replace with same exact model for approximately $600 including a life time balance and rotation. I probably would have let Ferman do the work if their pricing had been more in line. More

Quick, easy, painless. Very professional staff. I never worry about Ferman staff’s motives. Always looking out for my interest and safety. Waiting area is clean and I enjoyed the bagel and coffee.
