My iPhone wasn't syncing with the Bluetooth in answering or making phone calls. I stopped by Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor and was referred to BMW Genius Kenny Russell. Kenny was extremely proficient, professional and courteous. He worked on my issue diligently and discovered that my vehicle needed a computer update and my iPhone needed to be rebooted. While he was working with me, he saw that I am still currently using my portable garage door opener. He programmed the opener in my vehicle and gave me precise and easy to understand instructions on what to expect when I got home to complete the programming process. It worked like a charm! I would highly recommend Kenny for any technical assistance with your BMW vehicle. I will definitely keep his business card for future reference and referrals. More

On Memorial Day I bought a new Verizon telephone and couldn't get my BMW's blue tooth to pair with my new phone I have a 2014 BMW 328i which I adore. On Memorial Day I bought a new Verizon telephone and couldn't get my BMW's blue tooth to pair with my new phone. My first thought was to call Kenny Russell, the BMW genius. He knew right away what the problem was but said the shop was closing in 15 minutes and we were to far away to get their on time. He offered to put a blue tooth upgrade on a flash drive and drive half way to meet us and install the upgrade in my BMW and he did just that on a Holiday in the evening. He had my phone hooked up in two seconds. That is the best service ever!!!! Thanks Kenny. More

The genius at ferman I was in town from St. Louis on business and had a 6 series with a soft top which is the same car I drive at home. It looked like it was about to start raining and I tried putting the top up. Somehow it got jammed or wasn't able to move. The rental place put me through to Ferman BMW, the closest dealership to Clearwater beach. Right away I was put through to Kenny Russell the resident Genius. He tried everything with me over the phone and was very patient. With no luck it didn't work. He offered to come to me and try to get it working for me. He arrived promptly and fix it in no time.. Some how the trunk was open but I didn't get any warning messages about it. After we laughed for a minute he then started showing me some features on the i didn't even know existed. What an asset and smart kid. Very professional and personable. Thanks Ken. More

He was extremely helpful - reviewing how to use the available electronic features in the car and answering all my questions. I learned about so many features that were extremely useful. He had me stay outside and never directed me to the person I spoke with on the phone for the appointment. After he saw me get my 4 year old daughter out of the car he stated that I would have to reschedule due to not having any loaner cars for me to use (even though I had one scheduled and reserved according Jamie the person I talked to on the phone). Ok fine, so I call my mom and she says she can pick me and my daughter up. I inform the man at the door of this, he goes back inside and comes back out saying that the job will not be done for 5 days (mind you the job is an oil change and changing an interior door handle which should take 2 hours max) at this point I leave the dealership out of frustration. More
