She always stays in touch and is forever pleasant (and always has a full candy bowl at her desk). She has always stood head and shoulders above the rest at Ferman BMW service even when I have service done on my 2005 330i. More

Excellent attention Had tire trouble so I called and right away was given an appointment. Car receipt was excellent--those kids outside are so nice and effective. Inside, waited a bit but after 1 hour they bought my car to the front. A suggestion: Improve out-going car paperwork process because my car was out front for more than 15 minutes ready to go but was withheld allegedly due to the paperwork. More
