My issues returned days after they were "fixed" Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to Ferman BMW was the nicest dealership I have ever been to. My problems are from the service I received. After paying over $400 for my two car issues to be remedied, they returned within a week. Not sure why they failed to be fixed, but I had to return again to another dealership location to have my car issues resolved. More

System check was clear, no faults found Also, Cesar and I discussed the 'vinegar' smell that is happening frequently from vents. Cesar recommend that I have a condenser conditioning performed at my own expense, not a warranty item. More
