Very Pleasant Experience Every time that I have my car serviced I’m satisfied. If I weren’t, I would not return. The greeters are friendly and ask if you would like anything. Phil, the Used Car Manager, also gave me useful information on what to look for and fair pricing ranges. They didn't have the vehicle I was interest,ed in but I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest deal and true professionalism. More

After leaving the dealership and driving 20 miles back home, my car’s sensor was telling me air was escaping from the same tire. I had to do the drive all over again to the dealer. I shared my grievances with Darlene from service. She acted quickly to remedy the situation which turned out to be a faulty valve stem. More

The car diagnosed a failed Dynamic Stability Control module, but the car exhibited no alarms or weird behavior when we got it to service. The mechanics and staff were able to trace the problem to a power issue in the ignition system. They obtained a replacement part and had it installed in a reasonable period. Car runs like a champ. Our service advisor Marc youngsma was extremely helpful and courteous, answered our questions, and was able to translate our observations of the behavior to the mechanics. More
