Low tire pressure I went in to have a tire looked at as it had bee loosing air for a few days. Shortly after I got there, without an appt., they confirmed I had a nail I went in to have a tire looked at as it had bee loosing air for a few days. Shortly after I got there, without an appt., they confirmed I had a nail in the tire and unfortunately it could not be patched. My car also needed brake fluid. Since the new tire was not going to be at the dealership until the next day, they gave me a loaner car so I could get to work. My car was ready the next day. And truth be told, even though I really had not planned on spending what I did, (hoping the tired could have been patched) Cesar was very fair, great to work with and treated me with kindness and respect. He is a great asset to the dealership. More

I was disappointed after I thought about it while driving the loaner home. Darlene told me there was no reason for a tune up, didn’t try to get me to buy useless services (you know your head light fluid is low?) and was frank and friendly. I was ready to argue that nitrogen was molecularly smaller than oxygen and that the elbow grease didn’t need to be changed. But, Darlene didn’t let me do it. It was refreshing and stress free. Great work! More

Car still not fixed after 1 week in service and $4000 later! I bought a certified pre-owned car from Ferman BMW a few years ago and it has cost me at least $1000 every time I have taken my car in for inspection. I bought a certified pre-owned car from Ferman BMW a few years ago and it has cost me at least $1000 every time I have taken my car in for inspection. I'm not sure what "certified" means to them but this has certainly been the worst car I've ever owned. This last time the service department had my car for one week (6/23-6/30) and did multiple repairs that totaled over $4000. My car has less that 75,000 miles on it and Ferman had to replace the entire AC system, brakes, rotors, valve cover gasket, and 2 recalls... what???? I had a Camry with nearly 300,000 miles that didn't have anywhere near the number of repairs needed as this 328i. It's crazy! The first day after the repairs (7/1), I started the car and the service engine light came on. This is inexcusable! Now it appears I will have to take off of work and drive 40 minutes back to the dealership to see why this indicator light is coming on. I can't believe that after all the time they had my car, and the money I spent for them to fix it, that I'm still having problems. This is extremely aggravating and will cost ME more time and money to take off work to get my car fixed AGAIN! I am extremely stressed out over the entire situation! More

Cesar was very professional and happy with his service. The techs working on the cars are horrible. I will not be returning to ferman bmw for service or recalls from this point forward. More
