Awesome customer service I stupidly went to a non mini service center and was given a bogus quote that Just didn't feel right. Took car to mini and was treated with respect an I stupidly went to a non mini service center and was given a bogus quote that Just didn't feel right. Took car to mini and was treated with respect and kindness. I still had to pay more then I wanted to to fix the car but Darlene and Courtney made the whole process less painful. They didn't make me feel stupid for taking the car elsewhere and worked really hard to get my questions answered. I will only come to mini for service from now on! I learned my lesson! More
took 10 days to be called if the part needed arrived and still no call. Been at the dealership twice already 2 separate days. Outstanding customer service I purchased my 2010 328i at Ferman BMW in 2013. Keeping up with the scheduled maintenance has my BMW looking good and running like a new BMW. I can only think of one situation where something wasn't thoroughly explained to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone. More

Friendly and caring service experience! Something was going on with a kind of sputtering, choking of the engine that only happened a couple of times. I just didn’t want to take any chances so I took it in wondering if I was over reacting but, I just didn’t want to get stranded somewhere! I was 30 minutes late and had to wait a good while, but I really didn’t mind that much. I have never really waited that long before and I don’t think it is a common experience. Found out that it was probably “bad gasoline” and felt confident this was true. I filled up with top grade after and the sputtering totally stopped. Still glad I took it in and spent $100 to have peace of mind. More
