Several warranty issues needed resolution. The warranty issues required several days to complete. One issue could have had a "band-aid" solution, however my service representative asked if he The warranty issues required several days to complete. One issue could have had a "band-aid" solution, however my service representative asked if he could hold my car over another day to get a part to fix it properly. I ended up driving a very nice loaner car six days, which made the wait easy. All issues appear to be resolved at this time, but if another dealer-service visit becomes neccessary I know I can count on Ferman service. More

Incompetent, slow, $343.47 “estimate” charge for nothing Brought my car in for ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oi Brought my car in for ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said “in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old” (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said he could find 5 things wrong with a new car in the lot right now, which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they would give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked “from head to toe”. Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate.was $3975.21, which included ABS module box for 2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but which did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in and given to the first attendant that picked up my car and that was returned to me by Mr. Wilder. I later received a verbal confirmation that the oil change was $125, and an email that the trunk struts replacement was $296.00. I could not apply the estimate charge to the struts or oil change because, according to Mr. Wilder, it was not part of the estimate, even though I had mentioned to him and to two representatives before him, those were things I needed done. I decided to take my car to Reeves because I was not comfortable with what had transpired so far. I was askd to pay $343.47 for the estimate. Asked to speak to a manager. None was available. All in training. I have not heard back from a manager since. At no time did Mr. Wilder offer any services for the $343.47 he was asking me to pay. He also said that he did not tell me I could not drive to Reeves. Incidentally, multipoint inspection was not performed. Fluids were not topped, tire air pressure was not checked. I had to fill them yesterday at Good Year. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement stuts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. I will never do business at Ferman again. More

The best of service Since I had to bring my very old dog along with me I was pleased to find a quiet, relaxing spot to wait with him. Employees stopped by occasionally to say hello and were all very pleasant. My service person was precise and helpful. The entire service was completed promptly and when the car was returned to me it was sparkling. I have never had such a pleasant service experience in the past at other dealerships with many other cars. MINI is great in all ways. More
Good work but very very expensive!!! Thermostat changed. Charged 2.5 times what auto zone charges for the part (thermostat and housing) had the car 8.5 HRs. Awesome! I used to go to Reeves (because it’s 10 minutes away from me) but after going to Ferman and seeing the difference, I’ll never go to Reeves.
