Chester and I agreed on my trade in price, the monthly car payment, and he went over the details of my car while sitting inside the car with me. My only complaint is that Chester and I had everything finalized and I should have been allowed to drive away, but unfortunately, I had to spend an hour in the finance office going over extended warranties that I had already declined verbally twice in advance. For the dealership to make me sit through warranty presentations when I did not want to do this lowered my overall opinion on what was otherwise an excellent experience with Chester #honestchet my salesman.
