The service guy we were set up with was late and not available to help until later. An older gentleman very kindly got things started. Last 2 visits to the service department, I had to call and get an update from Richard U. on my vehicle. If I did not call this last time, I would have not had my truck on Thanksgiving day, when my truck w and get an update from Richard U. on my vehicle. If I did not call this last time, I would have not had my truck on Thanksgiving day, when my truck was actually finished on Wednesday when I call at 6pm that Wednesday. Also Richard did not call me back (in 5 minutes as he stated) on a request for a quote to replacing all 4 of my tires a couple of weeks ago. I called and talked with another Ferguson service representative a few hours later who provided this information to me. I did get my tires at another installer. I have been working with Richard for many years but recently I have been disappointed with the lack of calls back from him. More
