If we could give negative stars we would… Ferguson had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks when they tried to return it to us 3 times NOT FIXED! We picked it up had it for about 2 weeks when we had to take it back vehicle for almost 4 weeks when they tried to return it to us 3 times NOT FIXED! We picked it up had it for about 2 weeks when we had to take it back to them for two of the issues we originally had taken it in for the first time! Finally they took it to the Ford dealership and they fixed it in 2 days. We purchased our vehicle from Ferguson along with a “disappearing deductible” in March of 2023, NEVER again will we use their service department! We will pay our deductible to take our vehicle elsewhere. More
