Everyone was nice. However I feel as though I got cheated on my trade in. Y’all told me it was only worth 33,000.00. Y’all have it for sale at 43,000 with MSRP at 45. There are chips in between the seats and under the hood around the windshield wipers there was a build up of dirt and leaves. I like my truck but am disappointed. More

Brian was helpful and quick in taking care of us from start to finish which is saving me from giving a lower rating. Service on our vehicle was severely lacking this visit as we arrived home to find the start to finish which is saving me from giving a lower rating. Service on our vehicle was severely lacking this visit as we arrived home to find the technician in charge of rotating our tires did not tighten all of the lug nuts and we were lucky some had not fallen off during our drive home. We drive a long distance, about an hour one way, each time we get our car serviced to have it done at Ferguson, but this made us feel unsafe since an accident could have happened. We felt very lucky to have made it home since some lug nuts were barely hanging on. Even after contacting the service department about this incident we have yet to hear back. This is not the type of service we have come to expect from Ferguson, but it will have an impact moving forward when our vehicle needs service. More
