Disappointing Customer Service The service techs are rarely friendly and this time, after I questioned them about the ridiculous price increase on a basic oil change, they were pret The service techs are rarely friendly and this time, after I questioned them about the ridiculous price increase on a basic oil change, they were pretty defensive and close to surly. After leaving, I researched oil changes at Bob Moore GMC and the price at Ferguson is $15 higher! After my fourth consecutive car purchase from Ferguson, and all the related oil changes/maintenance services related to those cars, you would think there would be A) some type of reward system for repeat customers; and B) some type of notice at a significant price increase for basic services. Customer loyalty should be a two-way street, not just a one-way street all in Ferguson’s direction. I’ll be going elsewhere for oil changes and future car purchases. More

We got messed out of our warranty. When buying our truck, the guy doing the paperwork (Rocky) messed our paperwork up 4 times we had to resign our contract. He took our warranty out and When buying our truck, the guy doing the paperwork (Rocky) messed our paperwork up 4 times we had to resign our contract. He took our warranty out and we paid for a warranty that started at the mileage and we asked him to start it at the 100,000 mile warranty of the original. But he didnt not, so we paid for a 1500$ warranty we could not use. And 10000 miles after warranty our transmission needed rebuilt, we only had the truck 2 years. Be careful with fergusons dealers. We have no complaints with the repairs. They did good. But not the dealer. More
