Learning experience I made an appointment a week in advance and set up to have a loaner car because I care for my 92 year old Uncle and it hurts him to have to stand or s I made an appointment a week in advance and set up to have a loaner car because I care for my 92 year old Uncle and it hurts him to have to stand or sit for very long and I had appointments. When I got there early for my appointment I was told a central phone number is called and the person making my appointment has nothing to do with the dealership so the service guys didn't know I needed a loaner. It took an hour and a half to get me that loaner car. While I appreciate that I got it it put me 2 hours behind on what I needed to get done. I believe it would make more sense to be able to talk to the service person at the dealership where everyone knows what's going on. The service done on my Enclave was good. Thank you. Next time I will call service guys direct. More

Great Service I have only had great experiences at Ferguson. When I come in for an oil change I typically have one or both of my kids. In the waiting room (which is I have only had great experiences at Ferguson. When I come in for an oil change I typically have one or both of my kids. In the waiting room (which is nice, clean and large) there is a large TV and they have turned cartoons on for my kids. There is also a nice little playroom. All of the guys are friendly and have always been very helpful. My car is always just as I left it on the inside. In the past at other places when I get back in my car it stinks like whoever drove it (sweat, smoke, etc.) But that has never happened here. Thanks for being great guys! More
Engine light was on and condensation on windshield. Left car for techs to determine what was causing the check engine light to come on and to check for possible leak in routing of air from air condition Left car for techs to determine what was causing the check engine light to come on and to check for possible leak in routing of air from air conditioner. Service manager called to say that a valve that vented expanding vapor in gas tank had gone bad and was replaced. The valve replacement was covered under a GM warranty/recall and there was no charge. No leak in air conditioning system found, plus the dealership replaced a weak battery in my key. Left the dealership with zero charges. Service included free ride home after leaving car, plus pleasant staff. Service doesn't get any better than that. More

Horrible customer service I went to have my car service and some warranty work done right after i bought the car. And when i picked it up it had 2 dents on the side and my serv I went to have my car service and some warranty work done right after i bought the car. And when i picked it up it had 2 dents on the side and my service advisor was rude about it. Like it was there and it wasnt i just got the car and i walked around before i dropped it off. Never will i go back or buy another car from there. More
