Good Service if you aren't in a rush. Service department was friendly and I have not complaints with the routine maintenance that was performed. Great Customer Service I brought my vehicle in the get the front brakes and a 4 wheel alignment check done. The Service Agent was professional and very courteous. NOISE IN REAR OF P/U I took the service manager for a ride in my 2018 P/U. He verified the noise and kept my P/U. This was warranty work on my P/U. Gave me a loaner. Calle I took the service manager for a ride in my 2018 P/U. He verified the noise and kept my P/U. This was warranty work on my P/U. Gave me a loaner. Called 4 days later saying it was fixed. I drove P/U returned to service telling they had not repaired my P/U, I TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ME UNTIL IT WAS REPAIRED. I left there again with the loaner. They called me again about 10 days later saying it was repaired. JUST TOOK 2 WEEKS TO FIX A NOISE. I CAN'T THINK THEY WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS ON MY P/U. I BELIEVE THEY LET IT SET More

Idle problem was not fixed. Ferguson can not fix it because this is a odd problem. GMC engineering says tell the customer it is ok. Well it is not right.
