The worst new car experience ever I’ve had the truck for six months they still cannot fix the rear vision camera the service manager is facetious the technicians do not understand wha I’ve had the truck for six months they still cannot fix the rear vision camera the service manager is facetious the technicians do not understand what they are working on they pull my truck out to work on a paying job because it is warranty work that nobody cares about I am tired of being lied to they’ve told me my truck is ready I have picked it up three times and still not fixed I’ve wasted several days for this of the technicians and the bolts I find in the truck every time I pick it up shop foreman doesn’t even understand what he’s working on nor does he know the name of the components that he supposed to be changing The customer appreciation is very bad when I went to pick my truck up the last time the interior was thrown on the floor there was a Nother truck in the bay where mine was that they were changing a transmission in and my truck is sitting outside with the interior completely destroyed and have photos to prove it The facetiousness of the entire dealership and the unprofessional quality of workmanship I will never come back to Fergison GMC again I am trying to return the truck under the lemon law act and I do not want anything to do with these people More
Emergency Lease Car Service I received a PM service from a NON dealer company. The next day lights were on and things stopped working.
