SERVICE NOT COMPLETE When I came to Ferguson, I requested an oil change and to get the weather stripping on my lift gate repaired. They did the oil change. The warning liftgate open was still on as were my lights. Mr. Underhill came and looked at it. He said his men were at lunch. I had waited 2 hours + for the oil change. He said they might be able to use adhesive on it or order new. He thought it might be expensive. I had no more time so will have to deal with it at a later date. More

not the best I dont know if there are notes on my account from when I bought the truck from Ferguson but everytime I deal with them they are very short with me or I dont know if there are notes on my account from when I bought the truck from Ferguson but everytime I deal with them they are very short with me or not at all helpful/personable. I asked the service rep if they found anything during the inspection of my oil change he said no. There were no codes or anything. But that's a lie. I have had my check engine light on for about a week for the gas cap and for them to say it's all good with no mention of the check engine light. Poor service. More

Great customer service Mike was the service person that assisted me. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service garage. They pulled up my appointment for my oil chan Mike was the service person that assisted me. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service garage. They pulled up my appointment for my oil change and took the vehicle immediately. My wait time was less than 40 minutes. Mike walked me out to my car after the service was completed. He walked me through everything that had been done to my car and inspected the interior and exterior of the car to make sure it was in clean condition. Fantastic customer care. More
