Canyon I had a repeated problem with my 2017 Canyon. Preston my service writer got a loaner for me even when my mileage was over the 60,000 standard warranty I had a repeated problem with my 2017 Canyon. Preston my service writer got a loaner for me even when my mileage was over the 60,000 standard warranty. Preston and the Service Manager worked with GM to replace the entire 3rd member. My Canyon is back in service a running great again. I highly recommend the Service Team at Ferguson. Our family has more than 4 years experience with the service team and they have done a great job for us in maintaining our vehicles. I just wish they would take Patricia's name (my wife) off of my Canyon record. More

Quick, easy and painless I took my 2019 Enclave in for an oil change. I was informed that it also had an outstanding Recall. The service manager said they could do both whil I took my 2019 Enclave in for an oil change. I was informed that it also had an outstanding Recall. The service manager said they could do both while I was there. Very polite and knowledgeable. The wait was about an hour - reasonable in my opinion. The waiting room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend Ferguson service. More

We waited 3 long hours for someone and they never came so we had to drive the car to Shawnee and Joe Cooper checked it out and said the codes show O-2 sensor that if Ferguson would have took the time they could have walked us through checking it out instead they made their customer wait 3 LONG hours in OKC. We will not be back. More

Upon leaving, my glove box fell into the floor. I found when I could stop that they were checking my cabin filter and left all the screws in my floor. I won’t be going back More
