Oil Change, Tire Rotation Estimate showed a charge for Nitrogen top off. I told them I didn’t have Nitrogen in my tires, service rep blew me off and said that’s on all estimat Estimate showed a charge for Nitrogen top off. I told them I didn’t have Nitrogen in my tires, service rep blew me off and said that’s on all estimates. Went to pay for service and there was a $32 charge for Nitrogen. I refused to pay it and they took it off. This was the second time this service rep has tried to charge me for services they did not perform. There was also another incident on a previous vehicle where this service rep tried to charge me $500 for a repair to a seat heater. I took the vehicle to another dealership and they stated the issue was covered under warranty and it cost me $0 for the repair. I like this dealership but will refuse to use this service rep in the future. More
