Somewhat dissappointed waiting room excellent but had appointment and took 2 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change I went in for an oil change ,and a quote. When I first drove up I got Richard to take my car to be serviced. I left the building for lunch. Got a call I went in for an oil change ,and a quote. When I first drove up I got Richard to take my car to be serviced. I left the building for lunch. Got a call that my car was ready. When I picked it up I got Brian to check me out. When I got home I noticed that my oil light came back on. I called Brian and asked if I had got an oil change he said I did not. That meant I had to go back to get an oil change. Brian was nice to get my oil changed ASAP. This experience was made right by Brian thank you . I will go back to get my car serviced. More

I was so happy until I checked my records. I have always trusted Ferguson for fair pricing and honest service. On my most recent visit to the service department I was told I needed new spark pl I have always trusted Ferguson for fair pricing and honest service. On my most recent visit to the service department I was told I needed new spark plugs in my 2014 Sierra. I asked the service rep if we had not replaced the plugs already. His reply was that we had not. Since the plugs are supposed to be good for a 100,000 miles and I had 138,000 I agreed to replacement. I just checked my service receipts and discovered the spark plugs were replaced at 98,000 miles as part of routine 100,000 mile service. NOT HAPPY. More
