This August, I told them that I still have the problem. They replaced the battery and a cable and wanted to charge me for this since according to them the car is out of warranty. I had a ver unprofessional encounter with the Service manager. He was very condescending. He told me that there was no use to speak to me anymore because I wouldn’t listen or hear what he was saying. I never have been so insulted in my life. The traction light still goes on and off in my car. They clearly don’t know how to fix this problem. More

The day of my Appointment I drove into the service bay, the work order was completed in a few minutes, and my vehicle went directly to the technician. No delays! The waiting area was clean, modern, and comfortable. All the dealership personnel were friendly and very helpful. Once the service was completed they made sure I was satisfied, then removed all the papers and tags. They followed up later with a text on my phone. More
