I feel I cant trust them I feel that Richard (service writer) recommended that work be done that was not in my best interests to be done. The brake fluid was not black or dark I feel that Richard (service writer) recommended that work be done that was not in my best interests to be done. The brake fluid was not black or dark brown I paid to have it changed without a Ph test. I came in for a 100.000 checkup and Richard insisted I do a Transmission fluid change since I have no done it before I am worried it will cause problems. He wanted to do a Radiator flush and fill at no small cost and insisted the injection system needed to be cleaned, I brought the car in for many legitimate problems (head light, rear brake light, radio not going off with keys out of ignition, GPS not working my bill ended up at $2000.00 dollars 2 weeks before Christmas I did my best to explain this situation to Richard as he continued to insist about brake fluid changes and injector cleaning. I feel the creditability here is at best suspect and staff put there desire get a good commission check ahead of the customer needs. More
