Service writers were all standing at the desk when I pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. I waited a few minutes and then went inside and still stood there f pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. We were running a little late to the appointment due to traffic. We called and let them know and they said it was no problem. When we got there they quickly got us in.
