My and another customer showed up roughly the same time. The customer did not pull into the service bay until I pulled in. I was getting out of my car and the service team was trying to help the other custo The customer did not pull into the service bay until I pulled in. I was getting out of my car and the service team was trying to help the other customer. The other customer was driving a Denali. The perception was that because drove this vehicle and was a male, he would be serviced first. I was told that there was a possibility i would not even get serviced if I don't get entered into the system by a certain time. If it was processed first come first serve, this would not be my problem. Fortunately the routine maintenance was performed in a timely manner and it ended well. I just didn't like the perception and passing over. More

Service writers were all standing at the desk when I pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. I waited a few minutes and then went inside and still stood there f pulled in. No one was talking to a customer, one was playing on their cell phone. I waited a few minutes and then went inside and still stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. This is by far the worst example of customer service, not to mention my standard oil change with no other services was $60. More

Excellent time at my service appointment I called to schedule an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was given an appointment for that afternoon. Upon arriving all my information was taken and i went to the waiting area. I was called with everything completed in less than 45 minutes. Super fast!!!! This was another excellent experience for me.
