I called prior to appt to see if my first oil change was free and they looked me up and stated yes. When I get there they then inform me that it’s expired and not able to get my first free oil change. I sho free and they looked me up and stated yes. I should have been informed of it expiring on the call when I was looked up as I drove 45 min to this appt when I can go to a closer dealership with multiple closer than Ferguson. Terrible experience and they did nothing to help solve the issue just that it was expired and nothing can be done. More
