The employees were very nice I received many texts updates on my truck. Only issue I have is this I can never used the coupons your company sends out due always been expired they send them at the wron updates on my truck. This is the second time my 2020 Acadia was at the dealership for over a month. The first time was for a windshield replacement because of a defect and a camera reset. This time my cameras needed a dealership for over a month. The first time was for a windshield replacement because of a defect and a camera reset. This time my cameras needed a new module. I was told that I could come get my car while waiting for the part to arrive, but I explained that it was not feasible for me to do so. This time they had my car for almost six weeks. I received one phone call at day three, I called them at four weeks, and then the last two phone calls were during week five to tell me that the part was manufactured, and then that my car was ready. I would have appreciated more communication, possibly a pick up/dropoff service (especially when I was told my car would be out for a week, but it was two days shy of six), and maybe a courtesy wash and vac after my car sat outside for that period of time. My seven year old daughter found an empty liquor bottle in the back pocket of the driver's seat in the loaner car. We made car payments and Onstar payments on a car that was not in our possession for a total of 10 weeks. Our experience with the service department was poor. More
